The short version: your photos never leave your device. We do not upload them, store them, or look at them.
How your photos are handled
When you choose a photo, it is opened and analyzed by a face recognition model that runs entirely inside your web browser. The photo, the face measurements computed from it, and the result are held in your device's memory only while the page is open. They are discarded when you close or refresh the page. Nothing is sent to our servers or to any third party.
What we collect
We do not collect personal information. We do not use accounts, cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts on this site. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, time, and the page requested) for security and reliability. These logs do not contain your photos or results.
The share card
The result card is created on your device. If you tap Share or Save image, the image goes where you send it (for example a messaging app or your photo library). We never receive it.
Children
This tool is meant to be used by adults, including with photos of their own children. Because nothing is uploaded or stored, we do not collect personal information from children. Please only use photos of children when you are their parent or legal guardian, or have a parent's permission, and only photos of adults who are comfortable with it.
Biometric information
The face model creates numerical measurements from a face in order to compare photos. These measurements exist only temporarily in your browser's memory during your visit. We do not collect, receive, store, or share them.
Third parties
All code and model files are served from this website. The face analysis library is open source (MIT license). We do not load fonts, scripts, or images from other sites.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
